Four new outlets are currently in the pipeline, with a strong focus on the international expansion of the acclaimed Pesca brand, now proudly present in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Nice and Hamburg. Younique Concepts is widely recognized in the Netherlands for its groundbreaking business and HR model, transforming employees into true co-entrepreneurs, as well as for bold marketing strategies and immersive guest experiences. For 2026, another international Pesca location and two entirely new concepts in the Netherlands are planned – among them a luxurious 300-room 5-star hotel and an ambitious 1,000 m² “Azian” rooftop hospitality concept designed to surprise and delight visitors. Benjamin’s focus is on developing the innovative Villa Viva project in Cape Town, Hamburg and, from 2027, in Berlin at Holzmarkt. Villa Viva is far more than a guesthouse – it is a place for participation, creativity and social engagement. It creates spaces for encounter, inspiration and impact, fostering lived diversity, collective action and cultural openness. Inspired by music, art and sports, it emerges as a social house for people who want to make a tangible difference. Here, ideas turn into projects and the motto “Water for all – All for water” truly comes alive. After his career as a professional footballer, Benji founded the non-profit Viva con Agua in 2005.
